Taking a leisurely drive on the coast road with stopping at Sotogrande for breakfast (not included) then continuing to Barbate before stopping at The Cape of Trafalgar, where The Battle of Trafalgar was fought.
Check into Del Mar Hotel and Spa , El Puerto de Santa Maria, on bed and breakfast basis. El Puerto de Santa Maria claims to have more bars and restaurants per square meter than any where else in Europe.. being home to Bodegas Osborne, Grant, Caballero and more, as well as the world famous fish restaurant “Romerijo” . El Puerto is an easy commute to Cadiz, with the Ferry being approximately a 20min walk and the Train station about 30mins.
Free time to explore El Puerto or The Carnival at Cadiz.

Check out for 12.oo and drive to Medina Sidonia, considered by some to be the oldest city in Europe, unspoilt and little known off despite its importance in history.
The town was one of the most important “Ducal” seats, producing an Admiral who led The Spanish Armada. A fascinating village with medieval walls and narrow cobbled streets. Time to explore and have lunch (not included) . Leaving Medina, we head to Palmones for our last stop of the journey, before heading back home.
