Cadiz possibly one of the oldest cities in Europe
Enjoy a day in the walled city of Cadiz, an ancient port city on the South Western coast of Spain, and possibly the oldest city in Europe. There will be a breakfast (not provided) stop en-route and a comfort stop on the return journey. This excursion allows you free time for you to discover this ancient walled city at your leisure. Visit The Cathedral, believed to be the oldest in Europe likewise visit The Roman Theatre or take the Ferry to Puerto Santa Maria. Wander the narrow streets with their shops, bars and restaurants. Visit The Torre Tavira, with its stunning views over the city.
Take the hop on hop off bus, a good way to get your bearings in the city.
If anybody is interested there is a Free Walking Tour, in English & Spanish. It leaves at 1pm from Plaza de San Juan de Dios (In front of the townhall) Lasts around 2 hrs and will only go if 5 people or more are on it.
