What are the payment terms ?

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, payable by credit card. The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of the trip and can be paid in cash, by card, or via Revolut/Bizum on the coach.

We also offer payment via bank transfer (EUR or GBP)—please contact us for details.

Is there a group discount?

Yes, for most trips 1 seat will be offered for every 10 seats booked (doesn’t apply to Tangiers day trips).

What are the pick up points on the Day Trips?

Pick up points are indicated below this FAQ here.

Custom pick ups can be arranged on the coach route when there is a bus stop. Contact us to confirm your custom pick up point.

What if I need to cancel my Day Trip?

You will receive a 100% refund (minus processing fees) for any trip canceled more than 24 hours before departure

No refund is available for cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure.

Does the tour still go if it's raining?

Generally speaking, unless the weather is exceptionally severe and it would be unsafe to travel (which is rare!), our trips depart whatever the weather. We recommend you check the weather forecast on the morning of your tour and dress appropriately – remember, there is no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing

In the unlikely event that we do have to cancel a tour, customers will of course receive a full refund. We do not provide refunds for anyone who chooses not to come on a tour when the tour is going ahead.

Can I bring my wheelchair or mobility scooter on a Day Trip?

Yes, you can store your wheelchair or mobility scooter on the trunk of the coach. Note that the trunk of the coach is not insured and any damage occuring to stored items will be at your own liability.

Can I bring my pet(s) on a Day Trip?

Unfortunately not, most coach companies apply a strictly no pet on board.

What happens in case of an injury?

We strongly advise you to have your own travel insurance. In case of an injury occuring during the trip, the cover you will get will depend from the cause of the incident, for example :

  • Injury caused by a traffic accident = you will be covered by the coach company insurance
  • Injury caused by falling during the trip = you will be covered by your own insurance.
