2. Booking:

2.1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

2.2. Refunds: Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the departure time.

3. Payment:

3.1. Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit or debit cards through Stripe. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance payable at the departure pickup location.

4. Pickup and Departure:

4.1. Pickup Locations: Customers must be present at the specified pickup location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The company reserves the right to depart at the scheduled time without waiting for late arrivals.

5. Cancellations and Refunds:

5.1. Cancellation by Customer: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled departure time to qualify for a refund. Refunds are subject to a cancellation fee, which may vary depending on the time of cancellation and the nature of the booking.

6. Travel Conditions:

6.1. Passenger Conduct: Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner towards fellow passengers, the driver, and other staff members. Any disruptive behavior may result in the passenger being asked to leave the coach without refund.

7. Liability:

7.1. Limitation of Liability: Days Out Andalucia shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, accidents, or acts of terrorism.

8.1. Data Collection: By booking with Days Out Andalucia, customers consent to the collection and processing of their personal data for the purpose of managing bookings and providing services. Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
